- What is AEON Credit Prepaid Mastercard?
This is a Prepaid Mastercard that you can use to purchase goods just like a credit card but with spending limited to the amount of money you place on the Card – like your prepaid phone Card.
- How do I use the Card?
Just present your Card to the outlets where Mastercard cards are accepted. The Card will be inserted into a card acceptance terminal just like a normal credit card transaction.
- Do I need to activate the Card before using?
Yes. Your Card can be activated by calling our Customer Care Centre at 03 27199999
- Where can I use it?
Worldwide where Mastercard® is accepted including online purchases
- Who can qualify for this Card?
Applicant must be minimum 18 years of age. Unlike a regular credit card, there is no income qualification

- How do I withdraw cash from the Card?
A PIN will be mailed to you within 14 working days upon successful registration which allow you to withdraw cash from any AEON Credit ATMs nationwide or any CIRRUS ATMs worldwide. You are required to perform a first time PIN change at any AEON Credit ATM. To make an ATM withdrawal, please select ‘Cash Advance’ after you key-in your PIN.
- How do I keep track of my spending?
Statement of Account is available via ACS web portal for cardmembers by logging on into our website. Cardmembers may check their balances via ACS website or call our Customer Care Center at 03-27199999
- Can I use my Card at Petrol stations?
The card can be swiped at the self-service terminal. However, an amount of RM200 would be withheld in order to allow the requested transaction. Some merchants such as hotels and car rental services are authorized to hold/reserve some amount of money.
