- What is AEON Member Plus Visa Card (XPRESS+)?
AEON Member Plus Visa Card (XPRESS+) is a membership status that allow the Cardholders to enjoy instant approval in the participation of AEON Express Easy Payment at the participating merchants and Personal Financing Schemes.
- What can I get from this Card?
Two (2) AEON Points shall be rewarded to Cardholder for every One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00) upon initial payment and subsequent prompt monthly repayment made for AEON Express Easy Payment and Personal Financing Schemes. AEON Points will be rewarded upon full and prompt initial payment, monthly repayment or early settlement based on full settlement amount is made on the respective AEON Express Easy Payment and Personal Financing Schemes.
- Do I still get rewarded if I made partial payment, late payment or advance payment?
Any default payment, partial payment and late payment will not be eligible for AEON Points.
- Who can qualify for this Card?This card is by invitation only. Eligible customers will receive an invitation Email, SMS or Mail notification from AEON Credit.
- What is the Wallet Size for the Card?

- How do I use the Card for Easy Payment Application?
You will have a QR code and eligible loan limit assigned to you on your web account if you are eligible for Easy Payment special benefit with this card. Just show the QR code to participating merchants, and you will be able to get your Easy Payment application approved instantly.
- Can I apply for a second loan with the QR code?
Yes, you can apply for a second loan with the QR code as long as there is sufficient eligible loan limit balance and it is still within the validity assigned.
- Is there a limit on the value of goods that I can purchase with payWave technology?
In Malaysia, you can use your Visa payWave-enabled card for purchases of up to RM250 per transaction. No signature or PIN is required. However, for transaction more than RM250, you need to key in your 6-digits PIN for verification. Please check if your card has Visa payWave by spotting the “Visa payWave” logo printed on your card and the merchant accepts Visa payWave.
- Is there any chance that a payment amount may be deducted twice from my account?
No. Visa payWave is designed to accept only one transaction per card at a time. As a safeguard, each transaction must be either complete or void before another one can take place.
- Can I unknowingly make a purchase if I walk past the reader?No. Visa payWave is designed to ensure that the Cardholder is always in control. The retailer must first have entered the purchase amount for approval and your card has to be held in very close proximity to the card reader (within 4cm) in order for a transaction to take place. Terminals can also only process one payment transaction at a time.
- If I still do not have the confidence in payWave technology, can I disable it? Or what other security features are there for the payWave function?
Yes, you may disable the function. However, to instill the Cardholders’ confidence in using the contactless function, we provide:
i. Facility to enable / disable the contactless functionality.
ii. Facility to set a cumulative contactless transaction limit. For amount exceeding the preferred cumulative contactless limit, PIN is required for the transaction to be approved.
Both facilities above can be changed by log on to www.aeoncredit.com.my.
Steps to turn-off contactless functionality / set a lower cumulative contactless transaction limit:

2.Under “My Account”, go to “Account Information”
3.Follow the instructions stated on the website - Where can I use it?This Card can be used both locally and globally where Visa Card is accepted including online purchases. With effect from 1st June 2015, AEON Prepaid Card cardholders are only allowed to make domestic and 3D Secure (Online transaction with one time passcode/OTP authentication) transactions in order to safeguard and promote the card security features. In contrast, all Overseas and Non-3D Secure Card Not Present (inclusive of mail order and telephone order) transactions will be disabled by default. AEON Prepaid Card Cardholders may request to activate Overseas and/or Non-3D Card Not Present transactions by contacting us via Tel: 603-2719 9999, Fax: 603-7863 7898, E-mail: [email protected] or log on to www.aeoncredit.com.my. However, during application of AEON Member Plus Visa Card, customer may choose to opt-in for this option.
- Do I have to pay for the annual fee?Annual fee is waived for the first year and Ringgit Malaysia Twelve (RM12.00) will be charged annually on the subsequent anniversary month. To provide convenience to our customers, your annual fee will be deducted from your Card balance on the card anniversary date. An SMS will be send to you one (1) month prior to the expiry to remind you to top up sufficient balance in the card for the deduction, otherwise your Member function will be temporarily put on hold. AEON Points will be automatically used to redeem the annual fee in full or partially. The system will be configured to deduct from cash balance first. If the cash balance is insufficient, system will deduct the shortfall amount by way of redeeming AEON Points equivalent to the shortfall amount in denomination of RM1 (200 AEON Points).
- How to redeem my AEON Points earned through AEON Member Plus Visa Card?You may perform AEON Points redemption via the AEON Credit website, AEON Wallet or any other medium which will be made available from time to time with denomination of every 200 AEON Points equivalent to Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1). Redemption is limited to only one (1) time per day. Your total number of AEON Points will be converted into an equivalent cash value and credited into your Card Account.
- How long can I keep my Points unredeemed?The AEON Points earned are valid for up to three (3) years period from the year the AEON Points have been accumulated. Example: AEON Points earned from January 2017 to December 2017 is considered as AEON Points earned in year 2017 and will therefore expire on 31st December 2020.
- If during payment transaction I realized there is no sufficient balance, what should I do?
We provide the convenience to top-up at the AEON Stores, AEON BiG Hypermarkets, AEON MaxValu, AEON MaxValu Prime and AEON Wellness cashier counters, AEON Wallet and Cash Deposit Machines in AEON Credit branches at no cost.
- Does the AEON Member Plus Visa Card offer Supplementary Cards?
No. We do not offer Supplementary Cards. Every AEON Member Plus Visa Card is an individual card by itself for customer convenience and benefits.
- Where and how can I reload/top-up?

- How do I keep track of my spending?
Statement of Account is available via AEON Credit website for Cardholders by logging in on into our website at www.aeoncredit.com.my. Cardholders may check their balances via AEON Credit website, AEON Wallet or call our Customer Care Line at 03-2719 9999.
- Can I use my Card at Petrol stations?
Yes. For petrol transaction, the pre-authorisation amount of RM200 will be charged to your Card. This amount will be reversed and only the actual amount will be charged within 3 working days. To avoid from pre-authorisation amount, you can make payment using your Card at the respective petrol station’s cashier.
- What should I do when my Card is lost or stolen?
Please report lost/stolen of Card immediately to AEON Credit Customer Care Center at 03-2719 9999. A replacement Card will be issued and the balance (if any) from your lost/stolen Card will be transferred to your new Card. Replacement Card fee of RM12 will be charged. Please top up your account balance first to ensure you have sufficient funds to pay for the Replacement Card fee. However, waiver shall be reviewed on case by case basis if supporting documents such as police report can be provided.
- What do I need to do if I lost/forgotten my PIN?
You may visit any AEON Card kiosk or CDM at AEON Credit Service branches to reset your PIN. Alternately, you may also login to our website to reset your PIN.
Step 1: Login to www.aeoncredit.com.my.
Step 2: Under ‘My Account’, go to ‘SELECT AN ACTION’ dropdown list, select ‘SET/CHANGE CARD PIN’
Step 3: Follow the instructions stated in the website to reset your PIN.
